Worst service ever

I made a transfer of R2000 to my builders card on the 14 November 2023. I was advised by the call centre agent to email copy of my ID and bank statement so that they can allocate the funds. Till to day (28 November) I have not received a response.

I would like to get my money back, trust has been broken and I don't think I can ever save money to buy supplies at builders.
