Worst service ever!

Most frustrating experience ever! Builders promotes their online order and delivery but the organizing and management behind it is none existing. Ordered online and the system said that it would be delivered on the 05/11, so I made arrangements accordingly. Then on the morning of the 03/11 just after 8 I received and sms stating that the delivery will take place on this day. At 10:17 I received a sms saying the unfortunately the delivery will not be taking place anymore… and then that it has been delivered and received by someone! So I phoned Gezina branch that needs to do the delivery, where I was informed that someone will be leaving now to deliver, after I first had to enquire. I had to phone again because after an hour it was still not delivered, Vivienne which handled the order wasn’t there to speak to and I had to listen to other people having a conversation over a phone line where I was still on the line holding for someone to try and give me feedback on the delivery. Worst service ever!!!
