Worst service! Don't waste your time!

<p>The service that myself and my husband received was horrific. We went to Builders Warehouse to see some kitchen cabinets on Monday and were informed that a consultant would contact us in 24-48hrs. We had no response until I had to contact them which they than only dealt with on Thursday. We purchased some tiles, cement and a vanity basin on Tuesday and waited nearly an hour to receive the products. (There was no assistance or any form of process as we were sent from one section to another to try and get management involved).unfortunately on Wednesday we found a few items missing from the box of the vanity that was purchased. Let's just say it doesn't get better!!! On Friday my husband went to purchase the same tile and a bag of cement, only to find that he had to wait another 30mins to receive 2 boxes of tiles and 1 bag of cement, let's just say the 30 mins wait was going to take longer! They brought the wrong color tile and a broken bag of cement! The staffs excuse was sorry it's Friday! The rest of management all they could do was say sorry! But that doesn't help it's an inconvenience which costs time any money!!!!NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL-what's so ever! My advise to anyone please don't waste your time and go to Builders warehouse in Strubensvally! 4 times in 1 week bad service not worth it! </p>
