Worst service delivery

Received an email Qoute through customer care service,went and paid at edenvale branch. was told to come and collect after 2 days. Then I was told there's no stock, due to system error material shows to be available but physically there is nothing. The material was paid for on the 18th February 2021 and to date I'm being tossed left and right without any help. To make matters worse, their trade manager by the name of Lufuno Mudau is lying and not delivering and making **** promises.
