Worst service

Another very bad experience with Builders Warehouse Montana. Bought an Eco Water Tank 2200Lt on Wednesday October, 30th 2019. When I paid for it, I saw 3 in stock on the system. Suppose to deliver on Thursday October, 31st 2019. Wait all day and no delivery. Wait today, no delivery. Start calling deliveries at 16.15. Spoke to a lady who I can't hear properly. She took my number and will get back to me. Wait an hour and no call back. Call again and spoke to a man and he told me they don't have stock. Went on their website (took a photo) still 2 in stock. They have my money, paid for delivery. Have the evidence on my phone all the calls I made after I spoke to the man. Nobody answer any phone from 17.40. Maybe busy packing up or powder their noses?????? They will see me in person tomorrow.
