Worst service

I bought two aircons online on Thursday 06/10/22 The one was delivered on Friday 7/10/22 the installation date was scheduled for monday 10/10/22 at 9am. Nobody showed up. I received a lot of messages but no service. At 11am I phoned and Builders promiced to do the installation of the aircon after 3pm, 7pm they told me they will do it tomorrow, Tuesday came and again it was a no show. I phoned 5 times daily maybe even more to follow up everytime a lot of promices and just no one to assist, They then told me they will assist me on Thursday 9am. At 9 am nobody showed up at 11am they assist me with installation, then told me sorry they can't install the aircon because there is a gas leak I need to go and exchange it, even though it is new. Now they are telling me there is no stock and it is going to take another 2 weeks.

The second aircon had to be installed on 11/10/22 nobody showed up I still followed up daily and they kept on making a lot of promises and did not deliver. I'm still waiting for feedback and my product. This is the worst service ever and I wont recommend builders to anyone except when you want to be disappointed
