worst service ever : i cancelled my order with Builders Express Florida Glen called their head office as they refunded into my profile instead of my account as i had requested i was transferred to their office as the consultant from their head office advised i should enquire with them about the refund,i got a very rude guy whose name i couldn't hear clearly who practically told me to go to the store and get my money or else someone else will claim it those were his words at the same time on their website it says nothing about going to the store for refunds if u paid via eft/credit card ,there is a reason why we prefer online shopping now i have to be inconvenienced in having to go to the store to get my refund. this was about 15 min ago iam very unhappy with builders and i had given them great review as they were on point when i was placing my order i even asked about the refunds etc and they gave clear information that had nothing to do with having to go to the store,i cancelled same day i was not even fully refunded.
