Worst Service

18th of March bought bathroom items, a geyser and plumbing material at a Builders Warehouse in Newcastle. Paid for everything and it was supposed to be delivered the following day. They didn't deliver on time, had to call about 4 times, when they did deliver they refused to bring the stuff into the yard and told me that my street was bad. I explained to them that CTM had just came in with their truck and stuff heavier than theirs. They threatened to go back with the delivery or they would leave it on the street. My brother and his friends had to carry the stuff inside. Afterwards the one guy didn't want to check the delivery with me and told me that his job was just to deliver and only when I asked him what happens if I sign the grv without checking and find stuff missing then the other guy decided to check with me. The driver and one of his assistants are very rude. They ruined my day and I paid people to come work only for my stuff to be not delivered on time and to be treated with such disrespect. The worst customer service ever
