Worst service

I placed an order online last week with King Williams Town, and it was meant to be delivered yesterday, but I received nothing, yet it shows that it was completed. I have been promised escalations and callbacks with no one getting back to me. If I knew they would do this, I wouldn't have bothered because I NEED TO USE THESE ITEMS TODAY!!!!! I am extremely annoyed at the level of incompetence from their delivery team
