Worst Service

I am deeply disappointed with the service received in your Alexandra branch. I first went to the the stores in December to but a shower panel and i was told to come back in Jan due the supplier shut down. I understood. I indeed came back I paid for the panel on the 23rd Jan and i was promised 14 day lead time on the 15th working day i went back because i didn't receive any call as promised I was told they are counting stock I need to come back following week i came back the manager Ketha promised to come back to me following day because he needs to follow up with the supplier. Next day never received any call from him nor the store..first week March i followed up again he then said he is going to source a new supplier. The worst part I can't reach him and he doesn't return any of my calls!!
