Worst service

Tried ordering 13m3 building mix Took me a day to order from builders Warehouse Rivonia. No one knows how to order it. Then eventually I paid the order, their supplier phone me directly on delivery truck was to big I asked their supplier if I can arrange smaller trucks to an extra cost which I was happy to pay they said yes but will only be able to help friday. But because I ordered through builders Warehouse Rivonia I'll have to arrange the difference with them. Which took me a whole day to get noting sorted and cost me to drive al the way from Krugersdorp to Rivonia to see if they can help me in store. Which they still don't have any idea how to do a refund!!!

Worst service ever!!! Such a big company but not cannot assist in an order of R4000

Is there someone higher that can assist???!?? ASAP
