Worst Service!

Please just cancel my order and refund the money (in my account, not store credit). I really can't wait any longer!

I ordered 3 items from Builder Warehouse (Order Number: ***)

3x Supawood Single Face - White/Raw (3 x 1830 x 2750mm) 1x Hillaldam 750-900mm DIY Door Kit (100kg) 1x Builders Untreated Plywood Pine PF (18 x 2440 x 1220mm)

The order was placed on the 7th of November, and on the 1st of December, I called to see why delivery hadn't occurred. They let me know that the Hillaldam Door Kit was unavailable, so that was removed from the order (which I have still not been refunded for). Then after more calls the wood and supawood was delivered, however, the supawood they brought through was 16mm thick not the 3mm I ordered, so I told them to take it back and bring the correct one. Radio silence. More calls and after being on hold for 1 hour and 40 minutes I still have no resolution and no clue what is happening.

I must have called over 8 times and written multiple emails! Please resolve this ASAP!
