Worst place to purchase goods online

I'm in desperate need of a new washing machine and I was told that builders had a promotion of a Defy 13kg washing machine. I ordered and paid for that washing machine on the 19th of June, today, on the 25th of June, 6 days after I've ordered. I receive an email telling me that my order is cancelled. Yesterday I got a missed call from them, I called them back and no one knew who called me, I thought they were calling to tell me my order is ready for me to pick up.

I was expecting a washing machine on the 30th, now I'm without a washing machine and I don't have my money back, don't know when they will reimburse me, but I'm never buying from Builders again, online or through shops, worst online experience I've ever received.

I don't understand how they can sell a product that they know they will fail to deliver on, atleast offer their customers something with similar specifications than to just cancel their order.
