Worst online shopping service you can experience

I placed an order on the 7 Novermber 2024, there was no indication of when the order will be delivered (except the generic 2-5 days indication, which would mean delivery on the 12th). Came the 12th nothing & I’m the one calling their call center multiple times and then just telling me what I also see on my profile but no actuals. On the 13th got an email that the order is delivered while I didn’t receive anything, and then another back & forth. They have the worst online shopping service, so if you like your peace just go to the store or find yourself another supplier.
