Worst online shopping experience

My online shopping Experience has been nothing short of a disaster. I ordered a fridge that was still in stock according to the store I called, only to have my stock sold. After a week of no delivery nor communication I was just ignored with builders holding both my fridge and cash. I lost 4K worth of meat and still no assistance from builders. After a week of 1 hour calls daily, I Eventually received a call to say my order will be cancelled and refunded. The refund took a further 6 days and wasn’t even the right amount, so again I’m out of pocket. I’ve always liked builders warehouse but when it comes to online shopping they are absolutely useless and even worst customer service. They take no responsibility and allow customers to be out of pocket with very little care for it. Hated every second of this experience and lost all respect for builders due to their lack of interest and being left at their peril even though I’m the customer.
