Worst online shopping experience ever. I do not recommend using their installation services.

I purchased a hot water geyser, including installation from Builders Warehouse early last month. The geyser itself arrived promptly but the installation was never done. After 2 weeks of back and forth, a contractor finally came out to assess the installation, but he never returned to do the work as promised. After another week of trying to get hold of the contractor (and being told by Builders that the job was done), he informed me that he needed more money for the job. When I agreed to pay, he doubled the amount. I contacted Builders to cancel the installation portion and get a refund and was told I would receive confirmation via email and a refund within 5 days. Its been double that time and I have neither the confirmation nor the refund.
