Worst online shopping experience ever

Good day

It's not such a good day as I'm frustrated with builders warehouse. I ordered a circular saw online on the 30th of May 2024 and I haven't received it yet. The order confirmation email said the product will be delivered in 2 to 5 days but that hasn't been the case. I made a numerous calls to their call centre but I'm still not winning.

Today I called the call centre and I've been told that I'll receive my product on the 2nd of August. This is not fair as I'm the one who's always contacting them to check on the progress, not even a single time had they called to apologize for the delay of the deliver.

Clearly they don't care about their customers.

Now we playing the waiting game.
