Worst online service ever

Did not receive my complete order and what i paid for. Missing was product: 2 x Unbranded SAP H2 CCA Treated Timber Brandering 38 x 38 x 3000 mm. The driver only delivered 6 x treated Industrial Timber 3000 x 114 x 25 mm. And best part is the timber was not even 3m in lenghth but between 2.8m and 2.9m, with one timber bent and not even straight, rendering all of them useless for my project as i need 3m full length timber. First the driver pretended to not know about the missing timber, then he started with all kinds of excuses as it will come there is no stock. So when i demanded they take everything back he laughed and said take it up with Builders as he cannot take it back and that its my problem. This is not only unacceptable service but how do you employ such non chalant people that has no reslect towards a woman and is a bully. I paid for 6 x 3m length timber. I paid for products that was not delivered. Then im laughed at when i told them to take it back and cancel and refund me. I will NEVER buy from builders again and post this type of service over all of social media. I have nice camera proof that will show your downfall to the T. None of my complaint mails so far has been answered. Ive been ignored and only laughed at as if its a normal builders warehouse occurance.... I expect a written appology from Builders gor being treated like this and i want this matter resolved ASAP. This either needs to be remedied and im giving the 6x 3m length timber(what i paid for + the missing 2 x timber not received) as you are *****ling from me and i will take this matter further.
