Worst online ordering experience ever!!
I ordererd two oil heaters online on June 9th, to be delivered 4-5 days later. Until now, I have not recieved anything and I received no answer to my complaints by e-mail, live chat. Calling was impossible as I as always placed on hold. This is service is absolutely unacceptable!!
