Worst online experience! Poor planning and buying department!

Worst experience from online store!!! Placed an order for a washing machine online. Was given a delivery date. Day before delivery was supposed to happen - they cancelled the delivery. Now I’m still waiting for my order. Their planning department obviously dropped the ball here! Then I get a call when I complained to say I have to wait longer!!! The washing machine is from a local manufacturer!!! I will never order from them again. It’s a joke!
