Worst online buying experience

I shopped for a stove online, and the model that I wanted was available at both Builders and Makro. I chose Builders, because they offered a "White Glove Service", stating they will install the new stove. About 5 hours after placing the order on the 26 Nov I got an email saying the the White Glove Service was cancelled because they could not find stock! Stove still showed as being delivered on the 29 Nov. I phoned on the 29 Nov to confirm delivery, to be told that it is out of stock, and they will contact me to say when stock will be available. They never phoned. Phoned again on the 30 Nov, first at 09h20, and promised they will get back to me. I phoned them again at 14h44, and after being put on hold, was cut off after 22minutes. Never order anything from them online!!!!!!
