For 3 years I am struggling to get my cell phone number changed on their system. On the web profile the number reflect correct but when I come to the store a different number reflect on the screen. I can't see why after so many calls have been logged, nothing is done to the matter

So how long can it take to change a phone number. I mean it 10 digits on a keyboard. No one is replying to my calls or emails for the last 3 years. This is totally unfair.
