I recently visited your Builders Warehouse branch in Nelspruit and was extremely disappointed with the state of the store. The shelves were poorly stocked, with many gaps and no visible pricing on products. This made it impossible to shop efficiently, and I ultimately decided to take my business elsewhere.

On a previous visit, I observed cashiers leaning on the counters, chatting among themselves, with no management presence on the floor to ensure a professional atmosphere. This lack of organization and customer focus is concerning.

It’s clear the store is deteriorating quickly, and I strongly urge you to address these issues before more customers choose to shop elsewhere.

This was not my fist time but I just had enough.
