Worst Experience I had at Builders Mall @ Newmarket

The Worst experience I had at Builders - Mall at Newmarket Alberton.

Yesterday I made a purchase of the wooden fence which was advertised as R289 in the store, I made the purchase together with other items I wanted. To my surprise when I got home the price on the slip was R489.

I have gone back to the store today and guess what, the advertised price was still R289, contrary to what I paid at the till. I queried this with the cashiers who took me to go confirm the price, the price was still R289 at the shelve, she called the manager, Eddie who apologized and wanted to give me a 2.5% discount of which I refused, he called another manager Donald Sibanda who also tried explaining something which didn't exist and refused to honor their store advertised pricing.

Iv left that shop very upset and dissatisfied.

I did not get what they had advertised, they refused to even give me contact details of their superiors and even had the audacity of taking calls(3) while I was speaking, this was very disrespectful and showed that I was not important to them as a customer and that they did not value my business.

I had to drop all my purchases and leave.
