Worst experience ever and deeply dissapointed

Ordered a Lusso Luno Shower Screen Chrome online from builders and they delivered to my house, as soon as we unboxed it, the glass was shattered, they are refusing to refund or replace the broken product that they delivered. I have now reported them to the consumers ombudsman as this is not fair to me as the customer, this is a lot of money that has now been wasted.

I used to be a loyal customer but they have now broken that trust
