Worst experience ever

Worst experience ever. From both store and call center Paid almost 5k for a online delivery that was supposed to be delivered on Monday the 27th of June. It's is the 29th of June and still no delivery. Wasted nearly R200 airtime to call center and store. 6 people promised to call back never did. Karabo at the the store promised to deliver to me today but failed on his promised. When I called in again he had gone home. Lady at desk put me on hold for additional 30 minutes with no supervisor or manager picking up the phon.

Terrible ridiculous and totally disrespectful service.
