Worst Customer Service to date....

I made an online purchase from Builders Warehouse for a washing machine that was suppose to be delivered on 06/07/2022. Today is the 14/07/2022 & I have had no positive feedback from anyone at Builders. They work with a call centre so you can't deal with the store directly. Everyone I speak to says they will get hold of the store then the store will call me. To date nobody has called me back. Today I asked to speak to a manager , he was so abrupt & sounded irritated that I was complaining. Most of my household items I buy online for delivery & have never had an issue. Builders has the worst customer service I have ever experienced!
