WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER AT BUILDERS WAREHOUS

I will never shop at builders ever again. They are totally useless. I called their customer service on Wednesday to check if they had a PVC laundry trough available at their Milnerton branch as it showed they had 2 left online. They informed me that the Milnerton branch did indeed have 1 in stock. Got in my car and when I got to the store was told they do not have stock and to check Table View. So called again and after holding for 30 min. Which is the normal for every time you call them. Was told that they had stock. Again went to Table View and when I got there again the same story, no stock. Now I was getting very angry because they are wasting my time. Again called another wasted 39 min of airtime to be told that Tygerberg Branch had 3 in stock. So got into my car again and drove there all the from Table View. Just to get the same damn story from them. So I lost my temper and told the manager that this is not on and they need to get me this now as they are making a fool of customers to keep om giving us wrong info and that I am not going to leave without this item. So the manager phoned around. Again even the MANAGER COMPLAINED ABOUT NOT GETTING HOLD OF THE OTHER STORES. Finally after more than an hour they got hold of someone at Cape Gate who said they had stock. The Manager then arranged fir me to pay at Tygerberg store and promised they will deliver this to my on Thursday morning (20 May 2020). Well by 13:00 on Thursday nothing so I called again and again holding on for ages was told they cant get holdnof delivery and will call me back. NOTHING. This morning I had to call again and again another 40 min before some one answers and got through to the Manager who said she will call me back in a few min. That was at 10:39.at 13:15 still no call. AGAIN I have to call and when I got through They PUT THE PHONE DOWN IN MY EAR. I called again and got hold od the Manager just to be told that they are looking for a PVC laundry water trough as the one at Cape Gate wad apparently damage. NOW why could they nno have told me that on Wednesday when they called from Tygerberg store to Cape Gate store amd checked to see if they had stock that it was damaged, then I would not have paid and went somewhere else to get one and get MUCH BETTER SERVICE AS WELL... THIS IS REALLY BAD SERVICE FROM BUILDERS..
