Worst customer service ever

I recently started my own renovations, maintenance and repair business. I have been buying majority of my material from builders Warehouse Northgate Island for the past 3 months and have spent a substantial amount of money at the store, not once has a sales person taken the time to build a relationship or interact with me and ask questions, also tell me about the benifits of the company and the builders card Eventually a freind of mine mentioned that I should get a builders card and with the first online purchase I would get 15% discount, that was just after I bought a Dewalt cordless drill at Macro because the builders Northgate Island was reluctant to assist me with sourcing one or not bothered to advise I could get it online and save 15%, . I'm not really interested about the discount more about the service. The biggest proplem is staff at builders Warehouse is not trained or ups****ed to assist clients in the proper manner. Today being the 12th July 2020 I went to buy few things and stood in the isle to get Matt black Spray which I couldn't find after a while I guy came to put something on the shelf and I asked him "do you work here" and he said no and walked off, then he passed the isle I was in few seconds later and said he would get someone to assist which never happaned. When I paid for my things the guy/staff member who **** to me was assisting the till operator and did not acknowledge me nor apologize for lieing. I was more disgusted with the service from management level which is Natalie Williams how she approached and handled the situation. I stopped her and asked if she could assist, then she gave me this weird look which made me so uncumfordable and she kept walking backwards which I understand covid 19 with social distancing. I then explained about staff at the till not advising or asking if I have a builders card. She never gave me an opportunity to finish explaining the entire situation, about staff member lieing to me and till operator ignoring me when I told her here's my phone with card details, But the manager Natalie Williams first response was that's why we have the insert card at the till point and against the wall for clients to read because when it's busy there isn't time, I was speechless at the way she answered me not allowing me to finish talking, but rather have a lame excuse which has no merit nor it being a valid reason. I'm not sure if the staff is trained to treat certain clients a certain way? Staff need refresher on how to deal with clients no matter there gender, race, religion or by their appearance. I would like someone from head office to contact me urgently regarding this matter.
