Worst customer service ever

I bought a paint at the Sunningdale branch and was advised by salesmen in the paint dept which paint to choose, WORST DECISION EVER. You sneeze the paint leaves marks on the wall , I think this is the 10th coat I have app**** and nothing seems to work my whole house looks redicilous .I logged a complaint with them 2 weeks ago , and got no feedback nor any acknowlegement.
