Worst customer service ever

I keep hearing that and absolutely nothing gets done you've told me this so many times and nothing gets done so why tell me you gonna do something and nothing gets done just tell me you not going to do anything about this like all the messages before this one .

Head that one before and still don't get any feedback why waist customers time and lie to them saying we escalating the situation but the truth is nothing is getting done you do nothing until the customer gets so fed up of nothing happening they eventually leave it

Ya I'm sure it has been escalated to absolutely no one, everything you have told me you have said before and I'm still waiting for feedback or a call or anything but nothing since last year this has been going on and nothing has been done so how can you tell me it's been escalated.

Now nothing to say just thank you for your feedback and if you need anything please let us know well I'm letting you know I just want this sorted and for feedback I was supposed to get last year can't believe how bad the service is

I would just like to say thank you to builders warehouse for making me feel like a worthless piece of garbage as it's been a week now and still had no feed back from anyone so SM who ever you are thank you for making a customer feel like I'm nothing and having no one get back to me like you said they would and update me. Can't believe how terrible the service is at builders

I've been waiting since last year for this to get resolved SM and your empty words mean nothing I make a complaint you say you will advise your team and then nothing gets done about it then I wait a week for someone to call me and no one ever does I'm getting highly irritated with your empty words you do nothing to resolve my issue

So it's taken since last year to get absolutely no feedback from anyone it's all I hear from you and get no feedback getting tired of your lies and run around. Your words are full of lies so is your customer service SM just be honest with the customers builders don't care about there customers but expect us to spend our money in your shops but the moment we have issues you don't care it's the customers who is keeping your doors open

So once again nothing will get done thanks for absolutely nothing SM customers have no voice just spend our hard earned money in your store and get treated worse than garbage
