Worst customer service by call center

I’m tired of the back and forth with Builders Warehouse and RCS group Since May month I have been requested reprints of invoices and then have to wait on average a week for a reply that just says they can’t assist and sometimes say I must go in store. Do you remember stores were closed due to lockdown. Secondly when going in store they sometimes just closed “Due to unforeseen circumstances “and other times they tell me I must email RCS So back and forth I get sent! So frustrating!
