Worst Customer Service

We waited for 30 minutes for someone to assist us at the Carpet department. We could not get hold of any Manager. Terence - the Manager - was called several times and then when we eventually saw him, he just walked past us at the information desk, and when we got outside he was eating a packet of chips. This is the worst shopping experience ever and subsequently drove all the way to Boksburg's Leroy Merlin where we had a wonderful experience!!! I will never ever go back to any Builders Warehouse.
