WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE

Builders Express in Durban North on the corner of Uitsig & Waterkant road is quite possibly the worst hardware shop to visit. Their staff do not care or even want to be there. I am not sure why they are being paid a salary. When you EVENTUALLY find a staff member, they could not be less helpful if they tried. Unfortunately they are the closest hardware to me, so I go there fairly regularly, and they are consistently shocking in their lack of service. Yesterday, I was wanting to purchase a power tool and wanted some help deciding on a model. As usual, no floor staff member in sight, so I asked that they page for one, after standing around for almost 15 minutes I got assistance from another customer. Honestly, consistently the worst service imaginable.
