Worst customer service!

New market builder's warehouse has the most unfriendly, arrogant, lazy, unhelpful, downright disrespectful and ****** black staff that I have ever encountered. I cannot express the frustration of buying timber products - the waiting is endless, the staff ignore you and you are left in the dark. That after paying exorbitant prices. I decided, years ago, that I would never buy from Builders again until I was forced to collect an item bought by a family member from Builders warehouse. And, boy, was I ever reminded why I HATE going there!
