Worst Customer Service

Kempton Park's Cassey Nhlane & his manager Alinah have the worst customer service ever! We explained that we had bought boards on Friday, but had misplaced our slip to collect our boards that had been left for cutting. Their nonchalant & don't care attitude was appalling, Alinah advised us that till copies were unattainable, and that if we wanted a copy of the slip we'd have to email her our bank statement. When seeking assistance from a Supervisor, Alinah gave the Supervisor attitude because fortunately for us the Supervisor managed to retrieve a copy of the invoice for us. Will never set foot there again!
