Worst costumer care i have ever experienced!!!!!

This is my first post or complaint ever on a site or forum like this but Builders Warehouse Rustenburg provides the worst customer service I have ever encountered in my whole life! The first time I went there I had to stand and wait at the contractors checkout for 20 min before someone helped me and problem after problem saw me walking out of the store another half our later, and I had to pack my goods into the plastic shopping bags myself while the employees sat there and looked at me just refusing to help!!! The second time I waited 50 min for them to load poles on my vehicle witch I bought there and again ended up loading it myself! The employee that I spoke to said i will have to wait for the others to come back from launch....at 10 in the morning??? The third incident I had to drive 80km from the farm where I live in to Rustenburg to fetch my hopefully fixed Item from the returns counter after they let me know it was ready for collection. I arrived there and the people that was supposed to be at work (at the returns counter) weren't there and no body can tell me when they will arrive for work . Shocking!! Service and attitude is the worst service I have ever experienced!!
