Worst communication and complaints services ever

Worst communication ever not even their complaints department can handle complaints, I bought an inverter and not even 6months old, it broke, i sent it in for repairs, after numerous calls, i finally found out it was done at repairs, no one told me, in one single day my call was paased to 8 comsultants, most putting down the phone, i requested they send me my recorded calls, which i still dont have, they said they fixed the inverter, yet its still not working right, they cant give me any feedback on what exactly was wrong or what they fixed, so as soon as they take your money, there is no after sales services and no one willing to assist with complaints
