Worst client service ever from Builders, Parow

Worst client service ever. Went to Builders Parow. After searching up and down the isle for a item, with no luck and no one even asking if they could assist me with anything, I asked a person there to call the supervisor in the hardware department to come and help me. With no helping after 20 min, call the number on the website and asked the lady to put me through to the Branch Manager. After holding on for almost 5 min, she came back to me and told me that the branch manager is on his way. Well, 15 min later still no sign of him either. I left without being helped. Waste of my time. The service in that branch is pathetic and I advice people not to go there unless you know excactly what you're looking for and get it without the help of *********** staff, which by the way were walking up and down, past me all the time I was.in store, with no help. Absolute pathetic client service, also from the manager.
