Worst Experience Ever – Builders Warehouse Cannot Deliver! This has been the WORST shopping experience I’ve ever had. I bought a product from Builders Warehouse, paid for it, and then discovered they cannot even deliver it! What kind of business takes people’s money and then fails to provide what was promised? The lack of professionalism is shocking. No proper communication, no accountability, and zero effort to resolve the issue. I’ve wasted my time, my money is stuck, and I’ve been left completely frustrated. Builders Warehouse clearly doesn’t care about their customers – if they did, they wouldn’t sell products they cannot supply. This feels like a ****, and I will never trust them again. If you value your money and your time, stay far away from this company. Absolutely disgraceful service. I spoke to a supervisor Marcelle for over 53 mins and she failed to assist how can we support such poor service
