WORSE HARDWARE FOR ONLINE ORDERS

This is the worse hardware to buy online from, on one of my orders the delivery kept calling me from morning until afternoon , saying they are getting lost, asked them to send me their WhatsApp numbers so I can send location, they told me their phones doesn't have that🙄? Delivering for Builders and you can't use even WhatsApp/Google navigation? I even had to pay for transportation, though I am in inside the radius for free transportation. on the latest order, it was placed 8 days ago the message said 2-5 days delivery, called the ***number, No help and said the store to fulfil the order is not picking up phones, promised to get back to me, never happened, this service is the service you would expect from a government clinic.
