Worse customer support Parow Builders

i would really like to express the sadness of the level of service one receives from your branch in parwo . i phoned your call center to get hold of a product you were advertising bar code ********** 010008. The guys who helped me said that i can order it from builderswarehouse Parow i just need to make a payment. he then transfered me to a lady at the branch who answers with such an unpleasant attitude clearly not interested in helping me as a customer.
she then transfers me to another person who also clearly not intersted in helping.
all i want is a quote from you guys so i can make a EFT payment and then you can order me the product i am looking for but no one seems to want to help.
this is really depressing to experience such bad service from Builderswarehouse. i am not use to this type of sloppy service.
