Wont refund my money

Builders warehouse dont wanna refund my money, after purchasing online what they said they had in stock, they call me to say they dont have stock but wont refund the money into my card, they want to refund to my builders warehouse, but they dont have what i want in stock, which means i need my money in my card to buy it elsewhere.... now they say i should drive 100km to their store to get it refunded to my card, what utter nonsense is this?
