Wonderfull service received from Builders Call Centre - TX Fatima.

Will surely make use of your recommendation to talk to you face to face next time I am not sure / satisfied with the operator / consultant's feedback on my questions. 2. What a please was it to talk to telephonically talk to Fatima at Builders call centre. My question was if there is stock at Cresta B. Express of the DUMA Charcoal roof paint as I took the last two pails at Florida Glen. Fatima investigates if there are stock at Cresta - system reflects 3 pails. She then even walks the extra mile and request me to hold on while she physically phoned Cresta Express. Came back to me after a short while apologise that the call take so long "but the person at at paints does not answer at present. She asks if she may call me back or if I will hold on for one more try to get hold of the relevant people at B Express Cresta. Within minutes she was back confirming the stock. TX Fatima for doing this with a smile and doing Builders name good.
