Wonderful shopping experience, poorest delivery service in years.

I have purchased on 29 November 2017 and the person assisting me was wonderful. I bought 2 x 5000L Jo Jo tanks (winter grass in color).

Thursday and Friday came without delivery, Saturday I started following up. Since only a national number show on the internet, I had to phone the 0860... number. Upon my request the lady immediately starts explaining that Western Cape do not have any delivery vehicles available without confirming my location or store of purchase.

She took my number and then the wrong Depo called me in returned, where a very capable person said she would follow on. An hour later the Bloemfontein branch called me to ask if I am fine with green tanks upon which I said "no, I would of purchased green one's if I wanted those". He would of called back later.

It was Sunday, and Monday and I tried my luck again...again they suggested I take green tanks. Why would I choose and pay for winter grass one's my thought ran??

He would of called back again.

It is Tuesday now, almost a whole week later, no gutters and no tanks in my yard. Very annoyed with their delivery service as it seems kind of impossible buying a products that Builders not to have in Stock.
