Wonderful lady called Michaela at Builders Warehouse Call Center

I would like to compliment Michaela at the Builders Call Center. I called Builders, held on for 5 minutes, lost airtime, and when I called back Michaela answered. I then ran out of airtime and she had the initiative to phone me back!! She was pleasant, and asked me what my query is, she then told me to hold on she will find out for me and she did, she is an absolute asset at Builders and deserve a well paying position within your organization at Managerial level. Thanks Micahela, your work ethics and professional demeanour is very scarce these days.
