women abuse

<p>We were at builders sunward park on the 11th August 2016, I brought a grinder the prevois day at builders boksburg. Got there they called a guy to help, then the guy also couldn't help he then took it to the back, he came back saying his manager said he won't swop it it needs to be sent in....???? A day after purchase ? Then I said I want to talk to that manager they called him? My wife walked in I said this is my wife... The manager didn't want to listen to me why coz I'm a woman or I'm *** or I'm white? I called head office from my airtime... Phillip refused to talk to head office... on my airtime he push the phone back into my hand... head office said they don't know why he doesn't want to talk to them so he is going to call the store. Flora then came she is a manager head office told them to change it, by this time I was angry and said I don't want to buy anything there no more I want a refund... Phillip was standing there I wanted to purchase 5 liter thinner before everything that was standing there, after I said I don't want anything from builders warehouse no more Phillip then took the 5 liter thinners and push it infront of my wife in her face!!! Out of reaction I took it and threw it on the floor... flora then chased Phillip away and after her I decided to take another grinder... I took it back 3 times that day the whole time they swoppped it... After 2 weeks laying a complaint against Phillip still no sulotion we had a meeting yesterday with Emily, Flora and Phillip in the meeting I had to ask Phillip 5 times to stop smiling. Emily told me on a recorded call that I can have the footage after they heard I wanna take future steps I was called back by Emily saying I'm not allow to have the footage?? So builders is fine with their staff abusing women verbally and almost physically .... They fine with people pushing a phone out of a woman's hand, and pushing a 5 liter thinners into a woman's face they fine with ******, ***sism and abuse my wife is to scared to walk into builders now... This is how builders treats their clients</p>
