Will never make use of builders online shopping
We paid online for a kacher vacum machine on the 18 October after we pay for the product we were notified that it will be 5-9 days for delivery so we did phone to check on our delivery on the 30 October they had no answer and just told us the problem are the sepliers so now we are still waiting for our delivery 8 November they should be able to have people there who can assist with this service and at least keep people up to date with their orders

08 Nov 2023, 17:35Yes thank you as it do looks like they stole our money and have no answers for us we called today again and still they took our money and have no answers about our delivery as they told us it would have been here already we didn't hold our payment but if we wanted our money back to buy one in store they want us to wait 7 days for refund wich I do think that not fair of the time they waisted already
