Why work if you don't want to?

We went to Builders in Boksburg this morning to look at generators and other things so we were in the section with the power tools where a woman employee was standing around doing nothing and appeared to work in that section, but was bunking her teller duties where I saw her shortly after, so we asked her where the generator section is to which she responded with a grumpy, the world has done me in look on her face - "go ask information" then walked away with a stroppy can't lift her feet walk. Now I personally have worked in customer services previously and between her rudeness and the fact that she didn't even ask one of her fellow colleagues where it is, was absolutely shocking to me. Builder's clearly needs to sort out the attitude of the employees because her rudeness meant you losing out on a sale of a generator as well as everything else we have picked up before we had this incredible interaction with your staff.
