NOTE DELIVERY FEE FOR 114KM!!!!! R3200!!!

I contacted the callcentre to question the delivery fee, as the website offer collection and delivery, making them aware of the ridiculous fee. The system manager informed me that I had to understand that they charge per kilometer. I totally understand that, but for a huge chain like Builders Warehouse... please state your expensive fee on the website! If you try to operate like Takealot, don't trick me with a substandard website!

This was a big waste of time and energy to utilize the website and support centre.
